Giles Broxis

Giles Broxis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Giles is currently serving as the Head of Operations Change Management at MarketAxess since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager at KPMG UK from March 2019 to October 2021.

From 2015 to 2019, Giles worked at GreySpark Partners, where they held the position of Managing Consultant. Giles was responsible for leading the Head of Regulatory Change Practice and managing teams working with Investment Banking and Wealth Management clients in the EU. Giles also served as a Lead Consultant during this time.

Before joining GreySpark Partners, Giles worked at Riskcare from 2003 to 2015, where they held various roles including Consulting Knowledge Leader, Client Services Manager, Senior Consultant/PM, and Consultant. In these roles, they were involved in technical analysis, design, and development of banking systems for multiple clients.

Prior to their time at Riskcare, Giles worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as an Analyst Programmer/PM from 1999 to 2003. Here, they played a key role in designing and developing enhancements for a global MIS system for the Equities business. Giles subsequently became the IT project manager for the system.

Giles started their career as a Software Engineer at Financial Data Systems in 1998 and worked there until 1999. Before that, they worked as a Power Systems Engineer at National Grid from 1997 to 1998.

Giles Broxis pursued a degree in Engineering at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) from 1994 to 1997. The specific field of study they focused on was Electromechanical Systems Engineering.
