Shipra Srivastava

Shipra Srivastava has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Shipra is currently working at MarketAxess as the Global QA Engineering Manager since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the QA Automation Chapter Lead at MarketAxess from August 2020 to July 2023.

Before joining MarketAxess, Shipra worked at Iris Software Inc. where they held various roles. Shipra served as the Test Manager from July 2018 to July 2020, and from April 2017 to July 2018. Before that, they were a Test Lead from April 2015 to April 2017 and a Senior Test Engineer from September 2013 to March 2015.

Shipra's earlier experience includes working at Royal Bank of Scotland as a Test Designer from October 2008 to August 2013. Their responsibilities involved project management and design related to FX trading, interest rate swaps, rates, and corporate bonds.

Shipra began their career at Tech Mahindra as a Technical Associate from August 2006 to October 2008.

Throughout their career, Shipra has gained expertise in quality assurance, test management, and automation.

Shipra Srivastava completed their primary and secondary education at St. Xavier's School from 1990 to 2002. Shipra then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from RKDF, graduating in 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Shipra obtained the following:

1. Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2021.

2. Certified SAFe® 4 Advanced Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2020.
