Rita Hayashi

Rita Hayashi has a solid work experience in the field of human resources. Rita started their career in 2002 as a Consultant of RH at Gelre, where they worked until 2007. From January 2007 to March 2008, they worked as a Consultant of Team Buildings at Coca-Cola FEMSA. Rita then joined Editora Abril in March 2008 as a HR Consultant until November 2009. Following that, they worked at Marketdata, starting as a HR Coordinator from November 2009 to April 2011. Rita then progressed to the role of HR Executive Manager from April 2011 until the present, and recently took on the position of HR Director in April 2022. Throughout their career, Rita has focused on developing good strategies and recruitment sources, as well as structuring HR processes and flows.

Rita Hayashi completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade São Judas Tadeu in 2006. Later, in 2007, they pursued further studies at Universidade São Marcos, where they obtained a Postgraduate degree in Psychology Applied to Organizational Behavior. Rita also completed an MBA in People Management from the same university in 2008.
