Estera Papuga

Estera Papuga has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Marketing Investment Group S.A. since June 2012 in various roles including HR Department Manager, HR Manager, Talent Management Project Manager, and HR Specialist. Prior to this, Estera was a freelancer from December 2010 to December 2012, providing training, career counseling, and psychological services. Additional experience includes a position as HR Specialist at Control Process S.A. and a trainee role in the HR department at Bahlsen. Estera holds a Magister (MA) in Psychology from Jagiellonian University and has completed several professional development courses, including becoming an Erickson Professional Coach. Educational qualifications also include studies at Krakow University of Economics, Stowarzyszenie Konsultantów i Trenerów Zarządzania MATRIK, Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania w Rzeszowie, and the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow.
