Susan Faragalli

Susan Faragalli has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Susan is currently working at Marketlab as a Controller, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, from February 2021 to November 2022, they worked as an Accounting Manager at Marketlab.

Before joining Marketlab, they served as a Sr Financial Planning Analyst at Service Express from February 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for preparing and maintaining annual budgets, forecasting, and scenario planning. Susan also worked on acquisition integration across multiple teams and developed financial dashboard reporting.

Susan's earlier experience includes working at AG Business Solutions as an Assistant Controller from September 2008 to January 2019. Here, they managed financial operations for five entities in the dairy/agriculture industry, including month/year-end close, annual audit reviews, budgeting, and forecasting. Susan was also involved in the development and rollout of online inventory tracking software.

Before AG Business Solutions, they worked at Springthrough as an Account Executive from May 2007 to July 2008. In this role, they managed projects in the web development division, prepared and presented proposals, and assisted in managing online client content updates and internal marketing planning.

Prior to Springthrough, Susan gained experience at The Iserv Company as an Accountant from July 2003 to April 2007. Susan was responsible for finance management, including annual budgets, monthly cost forecasting, customer invoice reconciliation, dispute resolution, and cost reduction initiatives.

Susan's early career included working as an Accountant at US Foodservice from January 2000 to December 2002, where they managed a vendor rebate database for audits and provided monthly financial reporting and analysis for senior management.

Susan Faragalli completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Accounting from the College of DuPage between 1996 and 1998.
