Doug Falt

Doug Falt has extensive work experience in the areas of payroll, benefits administration, and expatriate representation. Doug began their career at Ernst & Young as a Payroll Coordinator from March 1993 to June 1996. Doug then served as an Expatriate Representative at Ernst & Young from July 1996 to March 1998. Following this, they joined Fiat USA Inc. as a Benefits Administrator from April 1998 to December 2001. Lastly, they worked at Marketplace Chaplains as the Director of Payroll & Benefits from June 2002 onwards.

Doug Falt completed their Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Lehigh University from 1989 to 1992. Doug later pursued a Master's degree in Theology/Theological Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary from 2002 to 2009.
