Richard Peterson

Richard Peterson is the CEO and founder of MarketPsych Data. Richard is also the author of "Inside the Investor's Brain", "MarketPsych", and "Trading on Sentiment". From 2007 to 2016, they were with John Wiley and Sons. From 2008 to 2017, they were with MarketPsy Capital LLC, where they were the managing director. Richard has also been a speaker, training financial professionals for firms such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, and Goldman Sachs. From 1995 to 1997, they were a trader and system designer for Intelligent Investments.

Richard Peterson received their B.S. and B.A. in Electrical Engineering and Arts from the University of Texas at Austin. Richard then attended The University of Texas Medical Branch for their M.D. in Medicine. Finally, they completed a postdoc in Neuroeconomics at Stanford University.
