Paola Segura

Paola Segura is an experienced professional in event management and marketing with a focus on investment relations and luxury event planning. Currently a Partner at Markets Group since August 2016, Paola has held several key titles, including Head of APAC & Middle East and Head of Asia Pacific, where responsibilities included leading fundraising and investor relations events across multiple regions. Previous experience includes a role as Client Relationship Manager in Institutional Sales EMEA, and Investor Relations Manager, focusing on creating events that engage institutional investors. Prior to Markets Group, Paola worked at L'Oréal, developing marketing strategies for major makeup brands, and also served as a Luxury Wedding and Event Planner with Johanna Abushihab Event Planners. Paola holds degrees in Industrial Engineering from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, complemented by additional studies at UCLA.
