Vinod Chikkareddy's work experience begins in 2002 as an Applications Engineer at Oracle, where they worked on a version upgrade for the General Ledger module of Oracle Financials. Vinod then joined Microsoft in 2005 as an Account Manager, managing business relationships with key enterprise customers in India. In 2010, Vinod moved to SAP, where they held several roles, including Senior Business Manager, Global Account Director, Sales Head, and Regional VP & GM, Customer Engagement. In these roles, they were responsible for managing P&L, leading high-performing teams, and driving customer success in the Asia Pacific & Japan region. Currently, Vinod is the Chief Customer Officer at MarketsandMarkets™, overseeing client services for the company's global customer base.
Vinod Chikkareddy holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategy & Systems from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Prior to this, Vinod obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from RV College of Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Vinod has acquired several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include the Value Based Selling Framework from ValueSelling Associates, Inc., International Leadership and Organizational Behavior from Università Bocconi, and various leadership and sales certifications from SAP, such as the Managing Partners Academy, Sales Leadership, Leadership at SAP, and GAD Academy. Vinod has also obtained certifications in Helping Clients Succeed from FranklinCovey and Challenger Sales from CEB, now Gartner.
