Karen Reece

Karen Reece has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as the Director of Operations at MarketShare Financial since January 2022. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Contracting & Compensation Analyst at the same company, starting in January 2008, and initially worked as a Licensing Specialist, supporting over 100 agents with carrier appointments and contracting, as well as assisting Registered Representatives with Broker/Dealer appointments.
