Scott Sheridan

Scott Sheridan, MBA has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Scott began their career as an Office Supervisor at Ally Financial Inc. in 2001, where they supervised a customer service team and handled mechanical claims. Scott was then promoted to the role of Office Claims Manager, leading a group of senior claims specialists and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

In 2008, Scott was promoted to the position of Regional Account Manager at Ally Financial Inc. where they built strong business relationships with account managers and focused on effective loss cost control. Scott also served as an Operations Manager, leading multiple departments and successfully reducing collection balances.

Scott then joined ECP Incorporated in 2014 as an Aftermarket Manager, where they executed process improvements and led the Aftermarket Administration department.

From 2015 to 2020, Scott worked at Allstate Dealer Services in various roles. As a Regional Account Manager, they supported dealers in maximizing program participation and profits. Scott also served as a Territory Sales Manager, responsible for new account acquisition and executing sales strategies.

Currently, Scott holds the position of Regional Sales Lead at MarketSource Inc. Since 2020, they have been utilizing their sales expertise to lead and drive sales in the assigned region.

Prior to their MBA, Scott completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Automotive Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Scott'sundergraduate education spanned from 1995 to 1998.

Before their time at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Scott attended Illinois Valley Community College from 1993 to 1995. Here, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, specializing in Automotive Technology.
