Suzi Fornoff has been in the customer service and sales industry since 2014. Suzi started their career at Harr Toyota as a Product Specialist, where they completed a formal sales training program and consistently exceeded sales quotas. In 2017, they joined Mass Visions as an Account Executive and Corporate Trainer, where they mastered cold calling and closing skills and was ranked in the top 10% of the salesforce. In 2018, they joined Granite Telecommunications as a Premier Account Analyst and Regional Account Manager. Currently, they work at MarketSpark, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, where they work directly with accounts to manage and deliver project rollouts successfully and smoothly.
Suzi Fornoff obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, studying Marketing. In December 2018, they earned their Salesforce Certified certification from Salesforce.
