Arlene Dillon

Arlene Dillon has extensive experience in customer operations and management, currently serving as Customer Operations Manager for Global Accounts at Hewlett-Packard Canada since August 2010. Prior to this role, Arlene worked in Deal Management and Customer Services within the Enterprise Business Operations (Americas) at Hewlett-Packard Canada from July 2006 to September 2010. Arlene's career also includes significant international experience with the United Nations - OPCW in the Int'l Cooperation & Assistance Division from September 2002 to October 2005, and a range of positions at Symantec Ltd. in EMEA from April 1991 to May 2002, including Operations Management, Executive Assistance, and Marketing Services & Events Manager.
