Melanie Bowers

Melanie Bowers has a diverse work experience in contract and subcontract management. Melanie recently worked as the Director of Customer Success at Marking Services, Inc. Prior to that, they were a Contract Manager at Bechtel Energy. Melanie also had a long tenure at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals, where they held various roles including Field Subcontracts Supervisor, Field Subcontracts Manager, Senior Contract Formation/Administration Specialist, Senior Contracts Specialist, Subcontracts Formation Specialist, and Contract Formation Specialist. Additionally, Melanie has worked at Fluor Corporation as a Contract Administrator and Contracts Technician, handling projects such as KEARL Oil Sands Project and Detroit Heavy Oil Upgrade Project.

Melanie Bowers attended The University of Toledo from 1997 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Education. During their time at the university, they also pursued a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with a focus on History. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in History Education from the University of Toledo during the same period. In April 2023, Melanie received a certification in "Microaggressions in the Workplace V2" from Traliant.
