Eric has 21 years of professional experience working in Program Management, Project Management, Construction Management, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), for the Intelligence Community, Federal Government, Department of Defense, U.S. Navy, and civilian sector.
He is currently serving as the co-lead on the DIA technical service contract delivering leadership and strategic planning to support the Defense Intelligence Agency, and served as the program manager representative for the redevelopment of government property into a 29-acre, 1.5 million square foot, campus project that included five-buildings. The project involved new construction, renovation, and demolition. Eric coordinated and supervised construction activities in all phases of project life cycle.
Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and an Associate of Science degree in Computer Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute. His certifications include Construction Manager (CCM), LEED Green Associate, and Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He is a registered Construction Inspector (RCI) with the American Construction Inspectors Association.
