Jason Fisher

Jason is a Director within the Intelligence Community Portfolio. He is responsible for client satisfaction, employee engagement, and excellence in services delivered by his team. Jason has more than 16 years of program management experience on complex projects that enable informed decision-making.

He has supported the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Department of Veterans Affairs. His expertise includes applying project management methodology, strategic planning support, process improvement, requirements development, facilitation services, and the development and implementation of training programs.

He holds the Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential and is a Certified ScrumMaster, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Jason earned his MS in Financial Management from the University of Maryland and a BS in Management from the University of Maryland. He joined Markon in 2011.
