Virginia Dyson

Ginny brings more than 32 years of experience managing secure interior projects for the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense. She has specific expertise in design, design management, interior design, furniture, move management, and sustainability. She currently works as a senior project manager for one of Markon’s IC contracts.

For new construction and renovation projects, Ginny provides project management, design management, interior design, and sustainable design strategy for new construction and renovation projects. Clients include the General Services Administration (GSA) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Ginny has provided strategic real estate planning across national portfolios; space management across a variety of departmental demands; workplace strategies; and building and lease analysis to determine favorable occupancy. In addition, she has experience in multi-phased project scheduling, budgeting, and budget analysis.

Ginny holds a Bachelor of Interior Design from Louisiana State University. She is certified by the National Council for Interior Design and is a LEED AP Building + Design Construction (BD+C) Professional. She joined Markon in 2013.
