Kyle Busse

Kyle Busse is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in employment law, currently serving as a Shareholder at Markowitz Herbold PC since January 2020. Recognized as one of Oregon's leading attorneys, Kyle has a history of advocating for clients in matters involving discrimination, harassment, and wrongful discharge, having previously been the managing partner of a prominent plaintiffs’ employment litigation firm. Prior to joining Markowitz Herbold, Kyle co-founded and practiced at Busse & Hunt, where responsibilities included handling cases from client intake through appeals. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Oregon.
