Amin Nikoukaran

Amin Nikoukaran is a Senior Data Scientist at Marks and Spencer since June 2022, with significant previous experience as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Shuffle Technologies, Big Data Solutions, and the Iranian Search Engine. At Shuffle Technologies, Amin contributed to the development of a music streaming app focused on Iranian music, leading the design and implementation of services for music recommendation and discovery. At Big Data Solutions, Amin led the design of machine learning services including locational entity detection for a Named Entity Recognition system. Prior to that, Amin played a key role in enhancing search result ranking for an ambitious Iranian search engine by developing online categorization services. Amin holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Tehran and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology.
