Scott Lang

Scott Lang is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and training. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Administrator at Markt (MLS) since May 2021, Scott has also worked as a Technical Support Analyst and Trainer at Multiple Listing Services Inc. since November 2007, where responsibilities included providing training to over 5000 clients on the FlexMLS database and managing various InDesign CS5 projects. Prior experience includes a role as a Development Specialist at Next Door Foundation, where Scott supported the Development department and the Board of Directors with document preparation. Scott began a career in technical support at Arthur Andsen from 1999 to 2001, and holds an Associate's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Milwaukee Area Technical College, earned between 1996 and 1998.
