Hervé Peyronnet

Hervé Peyronnet has a diverse work experience in various companies. Hervé served as the Group CFO at Marle Group, a company specializing in manufacturing services for the orthopedic industry. Hervé was responsible for overseeing finances, information systems, and purchasing. Prior to this, they worked at JST transformateurs as a Supervisory board Observer and later as the Group CFO. At JST transformateurs, they were involved in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of electric transformers. Hervé was also involved in Mascara Renewable Water as a Supervisory Board Member, where they focused on innovative water treatment solutions using renewable energy. Hervé served as the Managing director Administration & Finance - Group CFO at VERGNET and worked as a Manager at Ernst & Young, where they coordinated consultants and audited the consolidated accounts of various companies. Hervé started their career as a Senior auditor at Arthur Andersen.

Hervé Peyronnet obtained a Master's degree in Finance from ESSCA from 1992 to 1996. Later, in 2004, they pursued a diploma in accounting and auditing, known as "Diplômé d'expertise comptable," from Expert Comptable.
