Cali is the Internal Talent Consultant based in the London office. Working alongside the COO, she is responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition at Marlin Hawk, as well as strategic planning, global mobility, and employer brand. She values Marlin Hawk’s global connectivity and inclusivity and enjoys working with the teams across the world. Hailing from Roseville, CA, she relocated from the United States to London in 2022. While in the United States, Cali worked for an executive search and investment firm that specialized in the healthcare sector. Outside of work, Cali can be found playing a friendly game of soccer, running along the Thames Path, doing the NYT daily crossword, and looking for the best matcha latte that the city has to offer.
