Diana Arrieta

Diana Arrieta currently serves as the Culinary Center Manager at Marlin Connections since March 2023. Prior to this, Diana held the position of Catering Chef Manager at DO & CO AG from May 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team for international airline catering, producing fresh items daily, and ensuring high presentation standards. From September 2013 to May 2019, Diana managed multiple food stations and employee teams as the Department Manager at Mariano's, where the focus was on menu creation and operational efficiency. Diana Arrieta earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from National Louis University in 2022 and an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Washburn Culinary Institute in 2016.
