Byrnadeen Farraye

Byrnadeen Farraye, DAT, AT, serves as an Assistant Sport Scientist for the Miami Marlins and loanDepot park, beginning in August 2024. At Ohio University since November 2020, Byrnadeen has excelled as a Research Assistant, leading recruitment and data collection for Department of Defense-backed studies while collaborating with local orthopedic specialists. Byrnadeen also contributes as an Adjunct Instructor and Guest Lecturer for various sports medicine courses. Previous experience includes an Integrative Sports Performance Intern role with the Milwaukee Brewers, a Certified Athletic Training Intern with Real Salt Lake, student athletic training roles at Weber State University and California State University San Marcos, focusing on rehabilitation protocols and sports performance. Academic credentials include a Doctor's Degree in Athletic Training from Ohio University and a Master's in Athletic Training from Weber State University.
