Leonardo M. de Oliveira, PMP, currently serves as the Head of PMO at Marmon Foodservice Technologies, where leadership of the Project Management Office team encompasses the development of innovative OEM-specific products and technologies in the beverage dispensing sector. Leonardo initiated the Agile methodology for New Product Development, resulting in improved project management tools and interactive dashboards through Power BI. Prior experience includes a role as Program Manager at ZF Group, overseeing the advancement of Steering-by-Wire and other steering systems, as well as serving as a strategic buyer for CAPEX and logistics commodities. Academic credentials include an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from Universidade Paulista.
