Liz Tusa has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Liz is currently the Vice President of Innovation and Marketing at Marmon Foodservice Technologies. Prior to that, they worked at Cargill for several years, holding positions such as GEOS Global Category Lead in Foodservice, Category Lead for Poultry in North America, Strategic Marketing and Technology Director in Canada, and Global Category Manager for Pork. In these roles, they demonstrated their leadership skills by managing teams, developing strategies, and driving innovation and growth within the company. Before joining Cargill, Liz worked at AgStar Financial Services as a Senior Market Intelligence Officer and Senior Communications Specialist. Liz led the newly-created Market Intelligence function and provided strategic recommendations based on market analysis. Additionally, they worked in the Minnesota State Senate as a Senate Intern/Admin, focusing on the Agriculture, Veterans, and Gaming Committee. Liz's diverse experience showcases their expertise in marketing, innovation, strategy, and leadership.
Liz Tusa earned a B.S. degree in Agricultural Education with a minor in Technical Communications from the University of Minnesota in 2006. Liz then pursued an MBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, completing it in 2011.
