Robert Schmidt has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Engineering Systems Integration Manager at Marmon Industrial Energy & Infrastructure since January 2015, where responsibilities include data systems architecture. Previously, Robert held positions at RSCC Wire & Cable LLC from 2009 to 2023, advancing from a Calibration Technician to Engineering Manager, focusing on fire-rated electrical systems and nuclear environmental qualification. Robert Schmidt holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from Western New England University.
