Fouzi Husaini

Fouzi Husaini is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief AI Officer at Marqeta, where efforts are focused on scaling up the AI/ML organization. Prior to this, Fouzi held the position of Vice President of Machine Learning Engineering at Capital One, leading the establishment of the Card Tech Machine Learning organization. At Amazon, extensive experience was gained as a Single Threaded Owner for Alexa Domains, overseeing teams that delivered customer-facing ML/AI experiences and leading the Engineering teams for the Alexa Kitchen Domain. Additionally, work included leading Amazon's ML Risk Platform and managing customer account protection software development. Earlier career milestones involved roles at Monster, BMC Software, and Sun Microsystems, with a foundation in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
