Gary Albers

Gary Albers is a seasoned professional in credit operations and collections, currently serving as Director of Credit Operations at Marqeta since September 2024. Prior to this role, Gary held the position of Director of Collections and Recovery at Affirm from October 2022 to September 2024 and was involved in Collections and Recovery Strategy at SoFi between October 2021 and October 2022. Gary’s experience also includes significant leadership roles at Chase as VP from November 2018 to October 2021, and at Collections Marketing Center, Inc. (CMC) where Gary served in various capacities including Managing Director of Advisory Services and Director of Project Management Office from July 2008 to November 2018.
