Jacqueline Chiu

Jacqueline Chiu is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leading teams and driving software development projects across various companies. Currently, as a Staff Software Engineer and Team Lead at Marqeta since February 2021, Jacqueline has successfully led a team of seven engineers, mentoring five and overseeing the transition of a rewards and loyalty service to a production-grade solution that supports significant user growth. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Potato, where Jacqueline led a legacy migration project, Software Engineer in Test and QA Lead at Formation, and Senior Automation Engineer at Rally Health, where innovative solutions were developed to enhance user health engagement. Jacqueline began a career at Opower as a Senior Software Engineer in Test and started as a Software QA Engineer at Mobiquity Inc. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology & Law from Suffolk University.
