Orlando Velazquez Jr.

Orlando Velazquez Jr., CHA, LCAM, serves as the Managing Director for Las Olas River House, a prestigious residential skyscraper in Fort Lauderdale, since April 2016. Previously, Orlando held the role of Director of Operations for Southern Properties within MARQUIS Association Management, overseeing a portfolio of 20 luxury associations. Earlier experience includes General Manager positions at The MURANO at Portofino and various high-profile properties within FirstService Residential Florida and Ian Schrager Company. Orlando also contributed to the Pembroke Shores Community Association as Treasurer for the HOA Board of Directors from May 2019 to August 2022. Orlando's extensive career in hospitality management commenced in 1993, supported by education from the Educational Institute American Hotel/Lodging Association where Orlando earned a Certified Hotel Administrator designation.
