Federico Frappi

Federico Frappi has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly within the commercial and managerial sectors. Currently serving as Category Manager for ortofrutta at MARR S.p.A. since October 2022, Federico is focused on developing the ortofrutta sector and managing partnerships across Italy. Previously, roles included Commercial GDO at CONOR SRL, where client management and purchasing responsibilities were central, as well as various commercial positions in companies such as GOBBI FRUTTA and Ortofrutticola Castiglionese, overseeing suppliers and clients. Additional culinary experience includes supervision and training roles in multiple kitchens, including as Kitchen Supervisor at Carluccio's and Red Hot World Buffet, where food safety and hygiene were emphasized. Federico holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Istituto tecnico commerciale "F. Laparelli."
