LaToya Brown

LaToya Brown is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Marrakech. LaToya has over 10 years of experience in the human resources field. Prior to joining Marrakech, they worked as a Dedicated Payroll Specialist at Paychex for nearly 10 years. During their time at Paychex, they were the primary point of contact for over 500 Paychex Flex clients and was also the remote team lead for new and existing Payroll Administrator access. LaToya is extremely knowledgeable in all things human resources and is passionate about helping others.

LaToya Brown studied human resources management/personnel administration and general studies at the University of Bridgeport. LaToya earned an associate's degree in human resources management/personnel administration and a second associate's degree in general studies.
