Rebecca Thorat

Rebecca Thorat is an experienced recruitment and business development professional with a diverse background in volunteer management and community outreach. Since September 2015, Rebecca has served as a Recruitment Administrator at Marriage Care, supporting the recruitment of volunteer counselors and facilitators across England and Wales. Prior roles include Volunteer Recruitment Manager at Marriage Care, where responsibilities included overseeing volunteer recruitment efforts and improving processes, and Business Development Manager at The Food Bank - Milton Keynes, where Rebecca focused on increasing community support.
