Jodi Allred

Jodi Allred, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Jodi has held various leadership roles at Marriott International since July 2015, including Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resource Operations. Prior to joining Marriott, Jodi served as Human Resources Manager at Sheraton Crescent Hotel from November 2012 to July 2015 and began career progression as a Human Resources Coordinator/Executive Assistant and Executive Meeting Specialist at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Jodi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from New Mexico State University from 2001 to 2006.
