Rick Gaas

Rick Gaas has extensive experience in facilities management and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Facilities Services II for Marriott International since December 2010, overseeing engineering operations across over 65 properties in Texas and Louisiana. Gaas acts as a key resource for general managers and provides leadership and mentorship to engineering teams. Prior roles include Director of Engineering, Chief Engineer, and Engineering Manager, with experience at KBR as HVAC Foreman and TDCJ as a Correctional Officer. Educational accomplishments include participation in various Marriott leadership programs and degrees in HVAC and maintenance electrical work from Texarkana College.
