Courtney Phillips is a seasoned professional in account management with extensive experience in the marketing and advertising sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at The Mars Agency, overseeing Campbell’s Account since October 2023, Courtney previously held the position of Account Supervisor at VMLY&R COMMERCE from April 2021 to October 2023, managing Kimberly Clark for Walmart. Earlier roles include Sr. Account Executive at Geometry Global and a significant tenure at Collective Bias, where Courtney progressed from Account Executive to Sr. Account Executive, specializing in innovative Shopper Social Media™ strategies that connect brands with audiences.
