Jeremy Parnacher

Jeremy Parnacher has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jeremy currently serves as the Global Senior Director of People Systems & Solutions at Mars Veterinary Health. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of People Operations at VCA Animal Hospitals, where they managed HR services teams and oversaw major outside vendors. Before that, they held the position of Director of HR Service Delivery at Comcast and Director of HR Solutions at MediaNews Group. In their earlier roles, they worked as an HRIS Analyst at DaVita, an Application Support Analyst at Return Path, and an IT Analyst at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Jeremy also interned as a Strategic Management Consulting intern at Kaiser Permanente. Jeremy started their career as a Store Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company, where they successfully led a team and received recognition for their achievements.

Jeremy Parnacher completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Business Management and Operations from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver, from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Jeremy has obtained various certifications, including Kanban System Design from Kanban University, Integral Associate Coach from Integral Coaching Canada, Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
