Emma Reynolds

Emma Reynolds is an accomplished leader in corporate affairs and sustainability, currently serving as the Global Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Mars Food & Nutrition since May 2023. Previously, Emma held the position of Communications, Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs Director at Vodafone, where management of a 40-member team led to significant cost savings and growth opportunities. Emma's expertise was further developed as Corporate Affairs Director at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where engagement and communications efforts played a key role in securing regulatory approvals for a major acquisition. Additionally, Emma contributed to Tesco's government affairs strategy and worked as a consultant for various sectors. Emma began a career in political advisory as a Policy Adviser for the Conservative Research Department. Academic credentials include a BA in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
