Currently serving as Global Vice President, People & Organization since 2015, Eric previously held positions such as Vice President for Mars Global Chocolate and several director roles overseeing People & Organization across diverse regions including South Africa, Australia, and Europe. With extensive experience in sales and organizational management, Eric's career at Mars spans over three decades, marked by significant contributions to talent management and operational excellence. Eric Minvielle completed education at the University of Aix en Provence in France.
