Katie Evans

Katie Evans has held various leadership positions in corporate communications and human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Mars since May 2014. In this role, Katie oversees change communication strategies for North America Pet Nutrition and develops tailored communication plans for the organization's Supply Chain. Prior experience includes managing purpose-led brand programming for key pet care brands and enhancing Mars Petcare's employer reputation. Katie's background also consists of HR roles at Aegis Sciences Corporation, ITT Technical Institute, and NCompass Business Services, focusing on recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR initiatives. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Psychology from Penn State University.
