Laura Bociat has extensive experience in plant management within the manufacturing sector, having served as Plant Manager at Mars since June 2019, and previously at Sonoco from July 2013 to May 2019, and Bemis Company, Inc. from 2004 to June 2013. Laura Bociat's career began as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Faurecia from 2001 to 2004 before transitioning into operations management roles.
