Global Vice President of R&D Innovation, Mars Wrigley at Mars

Qing Qi is the Global Vice President of R&D Innovation at Mars Wrigley, a position held since June 2011, overseeing projects in chocolate, fruity confections, gum/mints, and new territories. Previously, Qing Qi served as the Global Vice President of Research and Development for the Gum & Mint Business Unit and Vice President of R&D for the Asia Pacific region within Mars Wrigley. Earlier experience includes roles as the Global/NA Innovation Director for Mint and Confection, Senior R&D Leader at Unilever from September 2003 to June 2011, and R&D Process Engineer at Pepsi Co. Foods and Beverages R&D from October 2001 to September 2003. Qing Qi holds a Master of Science degree in Food Processing and Biotechnology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 1999.
