Rishi Padhi

Rishi Padhi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital leadership, e-commerce, and marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Digital & Information Officer at Mars since June 2023, Rishi is a key member of the North America Leadership Team. Previous roles include Vice President and Head of Marketing at OfferUp, where Rishi contributed to a rapidly growing marketplace startup, and Vice President and General Manager of e-commerce at Kellogg Company, driving significant business growth. Rishi founded PantryPerks Inc., an online grocery marketplace, and held strategic positions at eBay, Del Monte Foods, McKinsey & Company, The Coca-Cola Company, and Unilever. Rishi holds dual MBA degrees in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, along with a B.A. in Economics from Delhi University.
