Shelley Davies is an experienced finance transformation lead with a strong background in process excellence and automation across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global Business Improvement Senior Director at Mars, Shelley has previously held significant roles such as Global Process Excellence & Automation Lead at Anglo American and Director of Process Excellence and Automation at BT. Shelley’s career began at Motability Operations as the Head of Applications Management, followed by various leadership positions including Global Offerings Lead for Accounts Payable and Cloud ERPs at IBM. With a BSc in Physics from the University of Warwick, Shelley combines domain expertise, consultative experience, and technology insights to deliver innovative solutions for clients on their paths to cognitive transformation.
