Sophie Bradley

Sophie Bradley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and scientific management. Currently serving as the MARI Emerging Science and Technology Horizon Scanning Manager at Mars since June 2015, Sophie previously held the positions of Senior Research Scientist in Biomarkers and Specialist Research Scientist in Nutrition and Metabolism at Mars Petcare. Prior to this, Sophie worked as an MRC Postdoctoral Researcher at the Medical Research Council, focusing on the neurotoxic roles of nitric oxide in neurodegenerative diseases, and held a postdoctoral researcher role at the University of Leicester. Sophie's academic background includes a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from The University of Nottingham.
