Suneet Lad

Suneet Lad currently serves as the Start-up Partnerships Lead at Mars, focusing on building transformational partnerships with start-ups and scale-ups to drive growth in Mars Snacking. Prior experience includes directing corporate innovation and partnerships at 1871, a prominent business incubator, and co-founding Aclara Research in the cannabis industry, where Suneet led client engagement and strategic partnerships. As Chief Operating Officer for Accion Chicago, Suneet developed a food business incubator and successfully raised over $5 million to support local entrepreneurs. Notable roles also include innovation management at Tyson Foods, brand management with ConAgra Foods, and various leadership positions in corporate treasury technology at Bank of America. Suneet holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, an MA in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University, and an AB in Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
