Alison Baecker

Alison Baecker's work experience begins in 1988 with Pennzoil, where they initially worked as an IT Business Analyst before moving up to the role of IT Manager. Alison was responsible for managing IT development and support for various applications. In 1998, they joined Pennzoil Quaker State Company as the Director of Sales & Marketing IT.

From 2002 to 2015, Baecker worked at Shell, first as the General Manager of IT for Consumer Lubricants and then as the Manager of Global Lubricants MI. Alison was responsible for implementing business systems and processes and received a Presidential award for their work in delivering management information. Alison later became the Director of Global Downstream Management Information, leading a global team and focusing on the development and implementation of global management information and reporting.

In 2016, Baecker became a self-employed consultant, working with various companies on IT assessments, process improvements, ERP implementations, and system integrations. Alison'sroles included leading business process reviews, system implementations, and serving as an integration manager during acquisitions. Alison gained a reputation as a trusted partner and was involved in strategic planning and automation initiatives.

Most recently, since December 2019, Baecker has been serving as the Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration at Marsden Services.

Alison Baecker completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems, General from Texas Tech University between 1983 and 1987.
