Randy Hebb

Randy Hebb, MBA, has a strong background in finance, planning, and analysis. Randy most recently served as the Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis at Marsden Services starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Lifetouch from 2018 to 2023, where they held roles such as Director of Finance and Senior Project Manager. Randy was responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Lifetouch field organization, managing a team of nine and overseeing a budget of $1M. Randy also led financial planning and forecast processes for the organization, which had annual revenues of $700M and labor spend of $210M in the US and Canada.
