Jim Brosnan

Jim Brosnan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, claims management, and business improvement within the insurance sector. Currently serving as a Business Systems Trainer at Marsh Commercial since April 2016, Jim previously held roles including Examination Invigilator at The Bromfords School and Sixth Form College and Business Improvement Auditor at ERS. Over a 13-year tenure at Equity Insurance Group, Jim progressed through various positions, including Learning and Development Adviser and Claims Superintendent for Personal Injury, where innovative training programs were developed. Earlier roles included technical supervision and negotiation in motor claims at Norwich Union Bonus and Equity Red Star at Lloyds, alongside foundational experience at Ensign Motor Policies. Jim holds a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice and a CII Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance.
